1. Player only. Amore Player is a media player application. It contains no content. We do not sell, provide, host, link to or recommend any channels, playlists, streams, portals or video content.

2. Your content, your responsibility. You must obtain your own playlist or Xtream Codes login from a lawful provider and have the right to access it. You are solely responsible for anything you load. Using Amore Player to access content without authorisation or to infringe copyright is prohibited and may result in termination of your licence without refund.

3. Licences. Licences are per Device ID and non-transferable except at our discretion. One free trial per device. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Amore Player product on the activated device.

4. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are handled via support@amoreplayer.com.

5. No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party playlists, their availability or quality.

6. Suspension. We may suspend or revoke licences involved in abuse, fraud or illegal use.
